K-1 SEL Small Group Facilitator
Communities In Schools of Richmond (CIS) is expanding a pilot initiative to provide targeted social-emotional learning (SEL) support to kindergarten and first-grade students. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Small Group Facilitator to lead this effort. The Facilitator will deliver evidence-based SEL curriculum in small groups, support classroom culture, and work closely with Site Coordinators, teachers, and families to build foundational skills that help K-1 students thrive both academically and emotionally.
Communities In Schools Site Coordinator
The Site Coordinator is responsible for providing school-wide wrap-around, drop-out prevention and intervention plans, including case management and related services. Responsibilities include delivery of overall planning and managing of Communities In Schools operations at the assigned school, and the implementation of the Communities In Schools model of integrated student services with Tier 1, 2 and 3 supports. Reports to CIS Program Director.
