Partnerships can also look different. We have corporations, foundations, and individuals supporting our model within schools. The community also engages with a range of other youth serving organizations to bring programming to our students.

Preventions and enrichment for whole schools

TIER 2

What We do

Working in 40 schools across Richmond Public Schools and Henrico County Public Schools, our evidence-based model connects students to caring adults and community resources to transform how they see and experience the world around them. By surrounding them with a network of trust they can turn to no matter where they are in their journey, we empower students to confront and overcome personal challenges and structural barriers – so they can take charge of the future they want for themselves and their communities.

By surrounding them with a network of trust they can turn to no matter where they are in their journey, we empower students to confront and overcome personal challenges and structural barriers – so they can take charge of the future they want for themselves, their communities and each other.

Transformative relationships are key to unlocking a student's potential.

We will succeed by including in our strategies, ingraining in our culture, and reflecting in our behaviors, principles and practices of diversity, equity and inclusion. As a result, we break down immediate and systemic barriers to create and sustain equitable outcomes.
