This year our CIS team has moved into a “Zone” approach. This zone allows our teams of site coordinators and program directors to continue reaching students, even as they move into new chapters. Our Site Coordinator from Cardinal Elementary School worked with her teammates at River City Middle School to surprise some of her students who had earned a reward. The reward of seeing their old Site Coordinator brought tears of joy and relief. The connection our site team has with our students is unmatched. We are so lucky to have such amazing staff.
